After years of technical accumulation, WILO has developed a self-matting emulsion PU930, which is an aliphatic polyurethane resin without matting powder. Used alone or in combination with other polyurethane dispersions or acrylic resins, it can be used in the process of printing scratch-resistant matte oils directly on the substrate after printing inks, and the product is a waterborne biodegradable matte material, and it can achieve good physical properties.

Application scope

1. It has good anti-scratch performance, good abrasion resistance, excellent matting ability, translucent film, good hot stamping, etc. It also has certain waterproof ability, widely used in all kinds of paper, gold and silver cards and leather top matting anti-scratch coatings, which can be used as a substitute for the laminating process, and the coated paper packaging has excellent resistance to folding and cracking, abrasion and waterproofing, and it can be coated in-line or off-line.

2. Substitute plastic oil, anti-scratch oil polyurethane self-matting emulsion is suitable for non-laminating process, printing ink on the substrate directly after the printing of anti-scratch matte oil process, the main characteristics of matte, anti-scratch, anti-explosion.
