Based on the existing technology platform, Weiliang Optics gives a thermal UV dual-curing coating solution. The hardened layer can be rolled up after thermosetting, and has high tensile. After UV curing, it can realize high hardness and high wear resistance, thus solving the performance requirements of IMR, IML, INS and other processes for high tensile, high wear resistance, high hardness, hand sweat resistance, solvent resistance, etc.
Precision coating process and equipment
Weiliang develops various precision coating processes, including dipping and pulling, micro-concave coating, slit coating, spin coating, ultrasonic spraying, etc. It can optimize the process package according to customer needs and carry out package transfer.
High solid self-matting emulsion for plastic oil has fast drying speed, abrasion resistance, folding resistance and waterproof, providing customers with a wider process window and realizing full water-based products. Tactility oil with high solid self-matting emulsion, fast drying speed, rich hand feeling, anti-fingerprint, good wettability, to provide customers with a wider process window, can be applied to offset printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, silk screen printing and over oil and other printing methods.

Hardcoating hard liquid (strengthening liquid) series and AR coating liquid series can be applied to glass, PC, PCTG, PETG, PET, PMMA, TAC, PA and other substrates to improve the transparency, hardness and cleanliness of transparent substrates in transportation and give customers better use experience. Hardcoating strengthening liquid series: mainly composed of organic silicon resin and alcohol solvent, used for surface strengthening of transparent substrates such as PC, PCTG, TAC, etc. It can adjust the hardness and wear resistance of the coating, while taking into account good flexibility, zero color and other effects. AR coating solution series: It is composed of modified silicone resin, water and a small amount of solvent. It is used for transparent substrates such as PC, PET and glass to increase permeability. It can adjust the light transmittance, adhesion and chemical resistance of the product and bring better experience to the product. Catalytic self-cleaning coating series: stable nano-particle size control, better photocatalytic effect, good coating hardness, high transparency, good self-cleaning effect, while achieving photocatalytic recyclability.
