PU930E is a self-matting aliphatic polyurethane resin, containing 20% ethanol, no matting powder, suitable for paper, leather, plastic coating polish. Used alone or with other polyurethane dispersion or acrylic resin, before use, to test the compatibility with other resins and additives.

Product Description:

5. In line with EU standards, does not contain APEO, heavy metals, formaldehyde, etc., no isocyanate and other toxic and harmful ingredients residue.

Suitable for paper, leather, plastic coating glaze.

Process Guide:

1. Applicable substrate: paper,Film,Clothing, leather, wood, ceramicsWaitProducts requiring surface touch;

2. Processing methods: screen printing, gravure printing, roller coating, spraying, etc;

3. Pre-baking conditions: according to the formula and process adjustment, generally 48h can be cured completely;

4. Curing method: thermal curing, with carbodiimide or aziridine crosslinking agent can improve physical properties and weather resistance.

Packaging storage:

1. Packing: 60kg/barrel and 120kg/barrel.

2. storage: storage environment temperature should be 15 ℃-35 ℃, can not be stored under the condition of direct sunlight.

1. Water or ethanol can be added to adjust the viscosity;

2. Heating can effectively improve the curing speed;

3. This product is used within six months, and the product needs to be stirred evenly.
