Storage recommendations:

1. Put it in a cool place as much as possible, and the longest shelf life is three months at room temperature below 25°C;

2. This product contains alcohols, so pay attention to fire prevention during storage and use;

3. This product will react and deteriorate in contact with PVC, silica gel and carbon steel materials. Therefore, please use PTFE, polyethylene, polypropylene, stainless steel materials or containers when using and holding. Do not use PVC, silica gel and carbon steel materials.

Note:

1. This product cannot be mixed with other brands of strengthening liquid. Before using this brand of strengthening liquid, the container, pipeline and filter screen should be fully cleaned.;

2.In order to ensure that the mirror has no crystal point, the strengthening solution needs to be used before the first use.The 1μm or 2μm polypropylene (PP) folded filter element can only be used after 12 hours of filtration. When the specific gravity is increased to above 0.96(20 ℃) and the lifting speed is above 30 cm/min, the falling sand wear resistance can easily pass the requirements of ECE324R.22. In the production process, each time the strengthening solution is added, it needs to be added in the secondary tank. After addition, it also needs to be continuously circulated and filtered for 2 hours before production.;

3.Before coating, the lens should be cleaned and the room should be clean and clean.InBetween 1000-10000. In the production process, due to the volatilization of the solvent, the viscosity of the strengthening solution will gradually increase, and it can be diluted with isopropanol or ethanol, as long as the solid content is controlled between 28-30%.
