Product Description:

UV 9200 can make PC, treated PET plastic surface has excellent anti-fog performance; can maintain the anti-fog effect for a long time; anti-fog liquid storage performance within 6 months to maintain.

Process Guide:

1. Dip coating: dilute with isopropanol to a content of about 20%, pull at a speed of 20-30 cm/min, pre-dry at 60-80 ℃ for 2-5min, and cure condition 400-500mj/cm²;

2. Shower coating: dilute with isopropanol to a content of about 20%, linear speed of 3-5 m/min, pre-dry at 60-80 ℃ for 2-5min, curing condition of 400-500mj/cm²;
