Product Description:

For optical sheet, film surface anti-reflection function coating, improve the visible light transmittance of optical substrate4 ~ 8%, so that the horizon is clearer and brighter.

Advantage Features:

1. The PC/PET (double-sided) increase 6 ~ 8%;

2.40 ~ 60% RH humidity can be used, the rainy season and the sea wet climate are to maintain good antireflection performance;

3.In400 ~ 780nm band, the highest transmittance can reach 96.0~98.8%.

Application areas:

1. To enhance the optical transparent sheet/film in the visible light band transmittance, can be used for protective film, protective plate, etc;

2. Can be used for automotive laser radar protective cover plate, enhance the transmittance of plastic sheet.

Process Guide:

1. Construction method: dip coating, ambient humidity 40 ~ 60% RH, temperature (20±2)℃, dust-free grade 100000;

2. Design coating dry film thickness 110nm;

3. Dilution: isopropyl alcohol dilution is recommended;

4. Drying and curing: 120 ℃,120 minutes.

Packaging storage:

1. Packing: 20kg/barrel white plastic bucket;

2. Storage: When the temperature is below 25 ℃, the shelf life is 3 months. It is recommended to place it in a refrigerator at 5 ℃ for sealed storage;

Note:

1. Should be in a dry environment at room temperature, placed in a strictly sealed container, isolated from ultraviolet light, dark preservation;

2. The construction environment should pay attention to ventilation and personal health protection;

3. The used liquid medicine is sealed and stored in another barrel. Do not mix with the new liquid medicine. It is recommended to filter the 0.65μm pore size filter element before use.
