STC 6000 Ultrathin Glass (UTG) Hardcoat
Main ingredients and application scope:
1. The main component is heat curing type silicone modified epoxy resin;
2. Containing alcohol solvent and thermal curing initiator;
Features:
1. Heat curing type modified silicone epoxy polymer;
2. Can form a hard coating of up to 9H on ultra-thin glass (UTG);
3. Excellent flexibility, 3mm radius up to 200000 times without cracking;
4. Improve the puncture resistance of ultra-thin glass (UTG);
Advantages:
1. High hardness while maintaining high flexibility and bending resistance;
2. Low yellow index;
Process Guide:
1. Substrate cleaning: the substrate needs to be cleaned with ultra-pure water or other means in a 1000-level dust-free workshop before coating;
2. Construction environment: roller coating, ambient humidity RH40-60, temperature 20±2 ℃, dust-free grade 1000;
3. Coating method: spin coating, slit coating, dip coating, flow coating, roller coating, flow coating and other processes can be selected;
4. Curing process: 60-70 ℃ pre-baking for 5-10 minutes, 130 ℃ curing for 2 hours;
