Product Description:

Advantage Features:

1. Can be used to produce high solid content (50-60%) waterborne polyurethane;

2. The chain extender is liquid and can be added without adding solvent;

3. The reaction process is stable, the performance is reproducible, no need to add solvent to reduce viscosity, no special equipment;

4. The reaction temperature is controlled below 70 ℃, which can reduce the reaction between sulfonic acid group and NCO.

Application areas:

Applied to waterborne polyurethane.

Process Guide:

1. Recommended addition amount (based on the total formula in the form of supply):0.5-5% (customers mainly experiment, depending on the customer formula)

The chain extender is added to the prepolymer at 2.60-70°C and the reaction is carried out for about 4-6 hours. After the NCO content is determined to be on target, it is emulsified in a metered amount of water.
