Product Description:

Advantage Features:

1. UV3548 has dual curing characteristics, after thermal curing can be rolled up blister, etc., light curing can make PMMA, PC, PET sheet and film with higher surface hardness and wear resistance;

2. Can make PMMA, PC, PET sheet and film long-term transparent/excellent weather resistance.

Main ingredients and scope of use:

1.UV3548 type dual curing plus hard fluid is a kind of UV curing coating after thermal curing;

2. The main components are UV polymer resin, monomer, diluent;

3. Used for PMMA, PC, PET sheet and film surface hardening, wear-resistant anti-scratch protection.

Process Guide:

1. Construction method: roller coating, shower coating, spraying;

2. Environment: humidity below RH60%, temperature 20±2 ℃, dust-free grade 1000; (Recommended: dust-free grade of coating head part: 100, dust-free roller shall be used to remove dust before coating);

3. Drying: infrared drying, temperature 120 ℃, more than 1min after UV curing, better hardness and wear resistance;

4. Curing: 800-1000mj/cm²;

5. Filtration: Use 2 micron precision circulation filtration.

Packaging storage:

1. Packing: 20kg non-recyclable plastic container;

2. Storage: low temperature and dry environment, strictly sealed and protected from light; below 25 ℃, the shelf life is 6 months.

Note:

1. Should be in a low temperature dry environment, placed in a strictly sealed container, isolated from ultraviolet light, dark preservation;

2. Storage below zero may cause abnormal quality.
