Main ingredients and scope of use:

1. The main components are UV polymer resin, initiation additives, wetting and leveling additives, etc;

2. For PMMA, PC, PET film stretch molding, as well as the surface of the hard, wear-resistant anti-scratch protection.

Process Guide:

1. Construction method: roller coating, shower coating, spraying;

2. Environment: humidity below RH60%, temperature 20±2 ℃, dust-free grade 1000 (recommended: dust-free grade of coating head part: 100, dust removal with dust roller before coating);

3. Line speed: When the speed of roller and conveyor belt is greater than 6 m/min, the surface leveling of the strengthening liquid is better;

4. Drying: infrared drying, temperature 80 ℃, more than 3min after UV curing, better hardness and wear resistance;

5. Curing: 600-1000mj/cm²;

6. Use 0.5-2 micron precision circulation filtration.
