Product Description:

Both anti-fingerprint and anti-bacterial properties, for daily frequent use and touch scenes, provide long-lasting stain resistance and anti-bacterial properties.

Application areas:

Used on flat glass surfaces, such as mobile phone panels, tablets, laptops, LCD screen protectors, etc.

Process Guide:

1. Before use, shake the AF solution evenly and quickly add the antibacterial agent, shake again evenly. After mixing, it should be used within 72h, and after standing for 20min, it should be shaken evenly again before use.

2. Construction technology: spraying (16~30 g/min); Ambient temperature (20±2)℃, humidity 40 ~ 60% RH.

3. Drying and curing: 150 ℃/60min or 170 ℃/30min.

Packaging storage and transportation:

1. Packing: conventional packaging for HDPE bottles, 1kg/bottle or according to customer requirements;

2. Storage: below 25 ℃, the shelf life is 3 months, pay attention to moisture.

Note:

1. Before using the antibacterial agent, shake it vigorously and evenly (30~60s) before adding it to AF fingerprint oil, and shake it evenly (1~2 minutes) again until it is milky white;

2. Before spraying, the glass needs ultrasonic cleaning and then plasma treatment;

3.AF antibacterial liquid shall be filtered with PTFE filter screen of 200~350 mesh before being sprayed;

4. Antimicrobial AF is prone to sedimentation in the static state, and the storage tank is kept stirred and mixed during spraying.
