Product Introduction:

Advantage Features:

1. In the 380 ~ 780nm band, the highest light transmittance can reach 95.0~97.5%;

2.40 ~ 60% RH humidity can be used, the rainy season and the seaside humid climate are to maintain good antireflective performance.

Application areas:

1. For PC, PMMA sheet surface antireflective anti-static functional coating;

2.PET film anti-static antireflective coating for temporary protective film.

Process Guide:

1. Construction method: dip coating or roller coating, ambient humidity 40 ~ 60% RH, temperature (20±2)℃, dust-free grade 100000;

2. Design coating dry film thickness 110nm;

3. Dilution: isopropyl alcohol dilution is recommended;

4. Drying: 100~120 ℃/30 minutes.

Packaging storage:

1. Packing: 10Kg/barrel white plastic barrel, 20kg/barrel white plastic barrel;

2. Storage: When the temperature is below 25 ℃, the shelf life is 3 months. It is recommended to place it in a refrigerator at 5 ℃ for sealed storage.

Note:

1. Should be in a dry environment at room temperature, placed in a strictly sealed container, isolated from ultraviolet light, dark preservation;

2. The construction environment should pay attention to ventilation and personal health protection;

3. The used liquid medicine is sealed and stored in another barrel. Do not mix with the new liquid medicine. It is recommended to filter the 0.65μm pore size filter element before use.
