Product Introduction:

Mainly composed of silicone resin and alcohol solvent, used for polycarbonate (PC). It has higher flexibility than general PC strengthening solution.

Use environment:

1. Temperature: 18-22 ℃;

2. Relative humidity: 40-60%;

3. Cleanliness: 1000-10000.

lens cleaning treatment and strengthening process:

1. Neutral detergent cleaning:60 degree warm water, ultrasonic cleaning 2 minutes, remove oil;

2Ultrasonic cleaning with deionized water;

3. Pure water washing: conductivity in5μS.cm-1The following deionized water water washing 2 minutes;

4. The first tank temperature of six-tank or eight-tank cleaning lenses must reach60℃, the water temperature of the last pure water cleaning is controlled80-85℃, the first shift or intermittent production, must be heated in advance, so that the first tank water temperature reached60℃, the water temperature of the last tank reaches80Above ℃ can be normal production to ensure that the water on the surface of the lens is easy to volatilize;

Storage recommendations:

1. Put it in a cool place as much as possible, and the longest shelf life is three months at room temperature below 25°C;

2. This product contains alcohols, so pay attention to fire prevention during storage and use;

3. This product will react and deteriorate in contact with PVC, silica gel and carbon steel materials. Therefore, please use PTFE, polyethylene, polypropylene, stainless steel materials or containers when using and holding. Do not use PVC, silica gel and carbon steel materials.

Note:

1. This product cannot be mixed with other brands of strengthening liquid. Before using this brand of strengthening liquid, the container should be fully cleaned.,Pipes, filters;

2. In order to ensure that there is no crystal point on the surface, the strengthening solution needs to be filtered with 1um or 2um polypropylene (PP) folded filter element for 12 hours before it can be used for the first time. In the production process, each time the strengthening solution is added, it needs to be added in the auxiliary tank. After addition, it also needs to be continuously circulated and filtered for more than 2 hours before it can be produced again;

3. Before coating, the lens should be cleaned and the room should be clean, and the cleanliness should be between 1000-10000. In the production process, due to the volatilization of the solvent, the viscosity of the strengthening solution will gradually increase, which can be diluted with isopropanol or ethanol, as long as the solid content is controlled at 22-24between%.
