Product Description:

Mainly composed of silicone resin and thinner, used for surface reinforcement of nylon lenses, so that it has higher surface hardness and excellent wear resistance.

Application areas:

Used for surface enhancement of nylon lenses.

Process Guide:

1. Temperature: 18-22 ℃;

2. Relative humidity: 40-60%;

3. Cleanliness: 1000-10000.

lens cleaning treatment and strengthening process:

1. Neutral detergent cleaning: 60 degrees warm water, ultrasonic cleaning for 2 minutes, to remove oil;

2. Deionized water ultrasonic cleaning;

3. Pure water washing: deionized water with a conductivity of less than 5 μS.cm-1 is washed for 2 minutes;

4. The temperature of the first tank of the lens cleaned by six tanks or eight tanks must reach 60 ℃, and the water temperature of the last pure water cleaning must be controlled to 80-85 ℃. For the first shift or intermittent production, the temperature must be raised in advance to make the water temperature of the first tank reach 60 ℃, and the water temperature of the last tank reach above 80 ℃ before normal production can be carried out, so as to ensure that the water on the surface of the lens is easy volatilization;

5. Isopropyl alcohol or ethanol cleaning: clean in isopropyl alcohol or ethanol for 2 minutes;

6. Pull immediately after drying.

7. Lifting: lifting speed 20-30 cm/min.

Storage recommendations:

1. Put it in a cool place as much as possible, and the longest shelf life is three months at room temperature below 25°C;

2. This product contains alcohols, so pay attention to fire prevention during storage and use;

3. This product will react and deteriorate in contact with PVC, silica gel and carbon steel materials. Therefore, please use PTFE, polyethylene, polypropylene, stainless steel materials or containers when using and holding. Do not use PVC, silica gel and carbon steel materials.

Note:

1. This product cannot be mixed with other brands of strengthening liquid. Before using this brand of strengthening liquid, the container should be fully cleaned.,Pipes, filters;

2. In order to ensure that there is no crystal point on the surface, the strengthening solution needs to be filtered with 1um or 2um polypropylene (PP) folded filter element for 12 hours before it can be used for the first time. In the production process, each time the strengthening solution is added, it needs to be added in the auxiliary tank. After addition, it also needs to be continuously circulated and filtered for more than 2 hours before it can be produced again;

3. Before coating, the lens should be cleaned and the room should be clean, and the cleanliness should be between 1000-10000. In the production process, due to the volatilization of the solvent, the viscosity of the strengthening solution will gradually increase, and it can be diluted with isopropanol or ethanol, as long as the solid content is controlled.28-30between%.
