STC3505 helmet lens special PC strengthening solution
Mainly composed of silicone resin and alcohol solvent, used for polycarbonate (PC); Wear resistance can meet the requirements of European customers, sand falling experiment E/ECE/324 Regulation No.22,Reduced of Abraded Sample Luminance is less than 5; On the premise of ensuring the flexibility of the lens, the wear resistance can be improved as much as possible, up to about 2.5.
STC2200 series strengthening solution
It is mainly composed of silicone resin and alcohol solvent and is used for polycarbonate (PC). Due to the refractive index of the cured coating, it is close to the refractive index of PC, so that no rainbow will be generated after the surface of PC is strengthened.
The main components of silicone resin, alcohol solvent, propylene glycol methyl ether solvent; good adhesion to PC; refractive index matching with PC, no multicolored after strengthening; has good wear resistance.
The main components are polyurethane resin, alcohol solvent and propylene glycol methyl ether solvent. It has good adhesion to PCTG(tritan), PC, TAC and PA substrates, excellent chemical resistance and good flexibility.

Special Chain Extender for Organic Synthesis
The DHPS chain extender we provide can achieve a simple process to produce high solid water-based polyurethane emulsion, the introduction of a suitable proportion of hydrophilic groups in the prepolymer, so that your products with a more competitive cost advantage to meet higher performance requirements and create higher added value.
The modified MDA chain extender can be used for the chain extension of cast CPU polyurethane, the reaction activity is moderate, and the dynamic endogenous heat of the cured elastomer is less than that of MOCA.
Waterborne polyurethane self-matting emulsion
